Our Warranty Information
We offer an industry leading 12 year guarantee on all moving parts and we offer a 2 year warranty on everything else including workmanship.
In the unlikely event that damages are caused during transit prior to delivery or the items do not meet the specification set out on order, the non-conformance is to be notified to us by email, the delivery driver verbally and on the delivery paperwork before the goods are accepted and the affected items will normally be retained by the driver to return to the factory. We will then replace and re-deliver as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and if any errors arise we will rectify this in a timely manner. Where customer damages are identified 24 hours or more after the goods are accepted, we will either send out the replacement components or items at cost as part of our non-profit aftercare policy.
All orders are bespoke and are custom made to measure wardrobes, so we cannot unfortunately offer any returns or refunds on items which meet the specification set out on order. Where there is a warranty claim, we are to be notified in writing by email along with photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We will then either send out replacement components or arrange for the item to be returned to the factory for inspection and retention or repair then re-delivery. Alternatively, subject to the claim being accepted, we will replace the item in question without inspection, collecting the faulty item as the replacement item is delivered.
The warranty does not apply to items which swell or corrode due to intake of, or exposure to, excessive moisture or any other neglect or misuse and our liability under this warranty shall not extend to costs or charges (without limitation) of unfixing, reaffixing, painting, polishing, staining, handling, cartage, storage or other additional charges or expenses. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
